BULLETS @ SCHOOL

November 2nd, 2005

ATTENTION GRADES 4, 5 AND 6 TEACHERS!

Bullets @ School has become a rich and thorough teaching instrument that will assist educators with the Ontario curriculum for grades four, five and six.

A hockey themed unit is provided to teachers in the Greater Toronto Area that makes various curriculum links, such as mathematics, the arts, social studies, language, and health and physical education. Teachers can implement this program as a month long unit or as supplemental handouts to reinforce lesson plans.

This is the second year for the Bullets @ School Program. Last year's season, the chapters were centred around the 2004 Bullets team that fell just short of winning the championship, and on Bullets alternate captain Mike Adelson's 6-point night.

All materials are downloadable for use in the classroom.

Contact us for more information on the program.

NEWS ON BLUMENFELD, KATCHKY AND EVANS

September 4th, 2005

The Bullets have begun work to ensure that the '06 Bullets are a force to be reckoned with. Forwards Hartley Blumenfeld (#89) and Joey Evans (#69), along with defenseman Adam Katchky (#77) have all had their contract options exercised for the upcoming summer season. This means that all these players will be guaranteed a roster spot barring retirement or holdouts.
The only other Bullets members with contracts still remaining are captain Brandon Spears and alternate captain Mike Adelson.
