Player Notes:
Below is a list of notes, status updates, and reviews of The Bullets players.

#1 Ari Greenberg - Helped control the flow of the game; had good pinches in both the second and third period.

#7 Troy Climans - Was positionally sound; helped generate scoring chances with wrist shots from the point.

#8 Mark Leibtog - Had another solid checking game; created a good scoring chance with a 2 on 1 in the second period. Will miss the next 2 games while in Israel.

#9 Jordan Roberts - Scored his team leading 5th goal of the season to help stop the bleeding, but took another obstruction penalty later on.

#16 Ryan Roebuck - Was instrumental in the attack as always until he left the game in the third with a knee injury.

#17 Max Shuster - Once again an offensive threat, however was unable to continue his hot start after last week's 2 goal game.

#24 Chucky Lea - Was a wall defensively; had a big 2 on 1 stop to keep the game close. Assisted on both of the Bullets 2nd and 3rd goals late in the 3rd period.

#25 Dustin Stroll - Lost the momemtum of last week's solid performance with a couple of early goals, but managed to rebound nicely after that. Had a few big saves, including diving across the net to stop a shooter from point blank range. Will be missing the next 2 games while in Europe.

#27 Mike Ceresney - A threat once again with a couple of nice setups. Was caught and hooked off the puck at the last second on a breakaway attempt. Will be missing the next game while out of town.

#28 Brandon Spears - Generated multiple shots and scoring chances. Broke out of his 3 game goaless drought with a late tally in the 3rd. After starting slowly last season recording only 2 points during the first 4 games, Spears went on a tear getting 18 points in the final 11 games and hopes to follow the same trend.

#42 Dave Preston - Had another good defensive zone checking game. Had a couple of good passes as well as solid rushes.

#57 Steven Spears - An excellent overall effort tonight. Good breakout passes, defensive plays, and was vocal on the bench as well. Hurt his knee in the 3rd but returned to finish the game through pain. Will miss the next game while he is out of town and it is unknown if he will miss more due to the injury.

#69 Joey Evans - Another fast pace game. Was caught off guard after a miscommunication at centre ice where he thought he hit the puck with a high stick but did not touch it to freeze the play. That resulted in a short handed breakaway goal for the opponents which proved to be the game winner.

#89 Hartley Blumenfeld - Is really keeping up with the big boys of the league this year. Got a bit messy at one point with a collision near the opponents blue line.

#96 Mike Adelson - Looked a bit more sluggish than usual, but kept his shifts short so he could stay strong. Had a few good offensive chances. Continued his mini point streak with his 3rd goal and 4th point in 2 games with a late tally in the 3rd on a spin shot. Will miss the next game while in Europe.
