BULLETS VICTORIOUS AGAIN
After a rocky opening 5 minutes to the game, where the Bullets fell behind 2-0, stellar play allowed the
Bullets to not only catch up, but to claim their second victory of the season with a 5-4 win over The Leafs.
The Bullets came out flat-footed early in the match, and were scored upon twice. By the end of the period,
however, the game was all tied up thanks to goals by Jordan Roberts and Adam Katchky.
The game began to see-saw in the second, with both teams applying pressure in the other's zones as well
as a lot of end to end hockey.
After taking a one goal lead early in the third, Brandon Spears scored the eventual game winner to make
it 5-3.
As the game was coming to a close, the Bullets got into penalty trouble, and twice were forced to try and
kill a 5 on 3. The boys in black and teal were not successful on their first attempt, but the second time around
(even with the Leafs goalie pulled), they were flawless, and managed to hang on for the win.
The Bullets next game is May 24th at 9:55pm, where the team will seek a third straight victory against
Jive Turkeys.
